Desi Garlic Pickle in Olive Oil

Ingredients: Organic Desi Garlic, Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Cold-Pressed), Organic Lemon Juice, Pink Salt (less than a teaspoon per jar), Organic Red Chilli Flakes, Turmeric, Fennel Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Black Seeds (Kalonji). No Preservative.

Properties: Ideal for reducing bad cholesterol, helps strengthen the immune system.

The recipe is made from our farm fresh Organic Garlic in Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sun-kissed before they are blended with hand beaten ground spices and preserved for your jar.

We understand the price is slightly on a higher side, but we use finest quality of spices, top quality desi variety of garlic from our farms and Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil which we purchase for around Rs.3,500 per litre.

It is more than just a pickle. It contains less than a teaspoon of salt per jar, eating two to three cloves of Garlic is good for heart health and the leftover Olive Oil can easily be used in cooking or for drizzling over the salads.
