How do I purchase items?

To purchase click on the Add To Cart option of the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your cart. You can either view your cart or checkout. Items in My Cart are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want. Items will not be reserved from stock until you successfully place an order. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.

Where is my order?

Once you have placed an order, we advise you to try checking your email for delivery information. You will receive a second email as soon as your order is dispatched and you are then able to follow up on your order and ask for any tracking information that will help locate your order. If you don’t receive a response after a reasonable period of time then we advice you to get in touch with us. 

How do I return an item for refund?

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving an order, provided the item is unused and immediate packaging is received back in the same condition as it was sent. Please fill in the "exchange or return" form that comes with your item, listing as much detail as possible with your preferred mode of payment. 

Item was returned and a refund has not been processed

We operate a "no-questions-asked" exchange or refund policy. If the item was returned, please allow 2-3 working days for the returned item to be processed. Please don't forget to fill in as much details as possible in the "exchange or fefund form" that comes with the item. Our team will process the form and refund the original amount via your preferred mode of payment. 

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges can be made on all items and customers have 14 days to request either an exchange or complete refund. We operate a "no-questions-asked" change or refund policy.

Please close my account

In order to close your account please email hello@simplythegreat.com and provide us with your account name or email address, we will then close your account and advise when it is done.
