Traditional Desi Ghee روایتی دیسی گھی
Made fresh at our facility every morning - this is high quality Desi Ghee.
We use 100 percent cows milk to make our desi ghee, which is very carefully chosen, which suits our requirements, and fulfils the hygiene standards.
Once butter is made, it is simmered at a very low flame for several hours. This process requires precision and constant monitoring for the desired quality of the Desi ghee. In this process solids are completely separated.
Why Desi Ghee?
-
Desi Ghee has great benefits for the health; as it is full of butyrate or butyric acid. If you have colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and any bowel problems, the capacity to make and absorb butyrate goes way down and taking ghee is very beneficial to people with GI problems.
-
Heating ghee also appears to produce much less of the toxic compound acrylamide than heating vegetable and seed oils. Furthermore, ghee has a high smoke point, which is the temperature at which fats become volatile and begin to smoke. Hence, it is ideal for the intense cooking styles like in Pakistan and Asia.
- Our Desi Ghee is free from all kinds of flavours, additives, and preservatives.
