Organic Honey

We are passionate about honey.

Our honey is produced in accordance with the organic principles which means that the pollen has come from the flowers are free from pesticides, synthetic fertilizers and herbicidal residues.

 
We "cold extract" our honey. This means honey is taken from the hives no heat applied. Applying heat destroys the natural efficacy of honey. 

Our raw honey has no heat applied at all. We use a special very old fashioned bottler to place the thick, candying honey into jars. This way, the honey stays as natural as we can get it.
