How did we get into making Jams / Fruit Spreads?

Gilgit-Baltistan is blessed with high quality cherries, apricots and apples. There is no use of pesticides, sprays or chemicals in that region. Unfortunately most of the fruit is wasted due to short shelf life.

We took an initiative to preserve the fruits in that region by setting up a Jam Factory. Our team has been trained in the art of cooking the fruits from a reputed firm in Turkey. Our machinery is engineered in a way that the natural cooking temperature does not go beyond 60C.

This technique preserves the natural flavor and texture of the fruits.

Our secret recipe is used to make this jam like preserve into a thick spread from freshly crushed whole fruits. We cook them in small batches ensuring minimal cooking times, enhancing the fullest flavours and colours. You need to taste this amazing gift of nature to appreciate the beauty of our land - Pakistan
